SSWA (Southern Seawater Alliance Desalination Plant)

Requirement

Convert the paperwork for ATW (Authority To Work), JSEA, Work Permits and Isolations to electronic format and manage Approval Workflows.

Challenges

Ensuring approvers receive notifications that they can respond to directly on their mobile devices even when off site. Also sharing permit details with contractors, allowing them to log in from a mobile device.

The Solution

Using our Mobile Platform that can be hosted on any Azure or AWS server, we were able to add the required modules in order to deal with permit data capture fields. We also have standard built-in workflows which were used to handle the approval cycle.
